2.2. Configuring Access to Bedrock Foundation Models

To enable the Agent to use models, we need to request access to the desired model.

Access the Amazon Bedrock service, navigate to the Bedrock configurations tab > select Model Access > Choose Enable All Models or Enable Specific Models.

In the Step 1: Edit model access interface, under Base models, search for and select Claude 3 Sonnet > Next.

Step 2: Review and Submit > Submit to complete.
